We can provide transportation from town, or join us at the lake for this mountain memory. Our Canoe Adventure tours are an excellent way to start or finish your day in Jasper National Park. Our supplier “Wild Current” specializes in small groups, unique canoe adventures for couples, friends and families. Guests often tell us they are blown away by the numerous snow-capped peaks that surround them, and the chance to see wildlife that call the area home. We’ll have an eye out for osprey, loons, muskrat and beaver. This is also a very good birding area in May and June. Fingers-crossed, we may even see moose, bear, elk, deer and wolves!

Only 12 minutes from town, Pyramid Lake offers unique opportunities to appreciate the natural beauty that surrounds us, we encourage guests to self drive to Pyramid Lake Parking lot 6 so you can enjoy more time on the lake and relax on the beach after your tour. Don’t have a vehicle while in Jasper… not to worry we can provide transportation from your Jasper Hotel at an extra fee.
The “Sunburst” Canoe Adventure is the perfect way to start your day in the Rockies! Paddle with your guide on the peaceful waters of pristine mountain lake. This is a great time of day for animal sightings in this area so keep watch for loons, eagles, osprey, and more! all with the backdrop of the majestic Rocky Mountains. No experience is required for this tour and all necessary paddling and safety equipment will be provided by your guide. Coffee and fresh baked goods will be provided as well! Transportation included. Other times are available upon request.

The Pyramid Lake ‘Evening’ Canoe Adventure provides and incredible evening experience in a pristine Rocky Mountain environment. Fish breaking the surface of the still water, the call of a loon, the sighting of beaver, or perhaps a moose grazing in the water, as you paddle a canoe with your guide on a lake, create memories not soon forgotten. An extraordinary peaceful way to end your day, with the sun setting behind the surrounding mountains.
